I suggest doing this on a Small map, as there will most likely only be 2 communities living on it and you can normally choose a place to love away from the road, avoiding raiders & zombie hordes. This one was a bit off the beaten path... You can't just kill everything & take over all the buildings... It has to be done for love... LOL No, really...It's one of the branches in the relationship quest line, so to start it off, you'll have to start looking for love... Recruit people of the appropriate gender for you (and sexual preference if you have a brain scanner) talk to them on a regular basis, giving them gifts to improve your relationship status & asking them "What's up" when they offer a side quest, do it. (Watch out for the former boyfriend quest, it has some branches where he's not actually dead and they will all kill you, or she will leave your group to go back to him... when I get this quest I normally go out there alone first, if anyone is alive I burn them all down, THEN take her out there to bury the body) After you are in a relationship the next time she has a "What's up" she will talk to you about the future & a possible FEMA contact she has... It's at this point you can BEGIN the Supreme Commander quest... Choosing the option to stay and defeat everyone in the valley is the one you're looking for. After that you just need to ally or kill every community on the map. If you have been building your relationship with the other Community leaders (or slowly killing them off) while doing all of this it should be a fairly quick ending. After making the choice, your partner will still suggest contacting FEMA for supplies, but I have had them attack me before so its probably best to avoid them, if you call them, kill them on sight, don't actually talk to them.
