2/6/19 - UPDATE Hey everyone, didn't have notifications turned on and didn't realize how many people were watching these vids and asking questions! I will try to reply to as many questions as I can. As for where I am now, I'd say 98% from where I was before the problem started and SIGNIFICANTLY better than where I was before surgery. I rock climb 2-3x per week (V5/6 and mid 5.11 for those of you who do) with zero issues which is probably the most intensive thing - my only continuous battle is to remember to stretch and roll out my forearm afterwards so it doesn't tighten up. Not able to do full bodyweight flat push-ups or bench press without some discomfort, but angled push-ups are fine and honestly I'll trade that for being able to do everything else I want. That's just my specific case, I have also heard of weightlifters going back to heavy bench so don't let it discourage you!
