Introduction TOT Course will help you expose your potential as a Trainer while giving you the basic, yet essential, skills needed to effectively train and develop trainees. Through this course, you will learn how to become a professional trainer and be able to identify training needs. You will take a systematic approach to delivering training sessions that meet trainees' needs. The core of this process is the competence of the participant to direct his/her own learning. The group as a source for learning and the trainers as facilitators of these learning processes, which are essential pillars of this approach. Within the TOT course, participants have the chance to further develop their competences as a trainer. In line with the International Training Standards. • Accreditation mechanism 1. The trainer must have at least two years of experience to be granted the accreditation after submitting the required conditions. 2. In case of the applicant has no experience; he must enroll in a specialized training course at a rate of 30 training hours and then get the accreditation. • Entry Requirements 1.
