Video of the first half of Race 1 from the final rounds in the 2008 MR2Racing.com series, from Brands Hatch. Driver is Alex Gassman who qualified 7th in a shortened, wet qualifying session. This race was wet too, as you can see in the video. Alex dropped down to 9th place after the first couple of corners, but after passing two cars to get into 7th he had lots of clear track ahead of him in which he got his head down and made up ground to catch the leading pack.
