Managing Trustee of Fourth Wave Foundation, Diana Joseph believes in making difference to lives through equality, inclusiveness, safety and empowerment. An anti-drug crusader, a human rights’ advocate and an equality activist, she has been instrumental in initiating various community-based programmes that help create a substance abuse-free environment for children, provide equal opportunities for people with disabilities, protect the girl child and ensure education to everyone. Diana Joseph, who has more than 10 years of experience in working with international organisations including the UNESCO, was an invited speaker at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on Congressional on Narcotics and Drugs held at Vienna in September 2018. An avid researcher who has co-authored several articles in journals and presented papers at international forums, Diana completed her advanced management program in Corporate Social Responsibility at the Swedish Institute after her Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
