God cares about your heart posture. Scripture says you will know them by their fruit ~ not by what they wear, not by what they say, not by what they post, not by the image they curate — but by their fruit. Fruit takes time. Fruit reveals character. Fruit exposes what’s really rooted in someone’s heart. And I believe we’ve forgotten something. A title or a religion doesn’t save. A debate doesn’t save. Being “right” doesn’t save. Jesus saves. 🤍 And the older I get, the more I realize — the closer you actually walk with Him, the less interested you are in tearing other people down or winning debates or proving yourself to people... No one was perfect except Jesus. No leader. No movement. No church. No generation. That doesn’t excuse sin. It doesn’t dismiss harm. But it does humble us. Because the same grace we celebrate in our own lives is the same grace we hesitate to extend to others. Some of us are so focused on exposing darkness that we forgot we were rescued from it. Faith was never meant to be a competition of who’s holier. It was always about surrender. That’s what Heaven measures. We can care about truth without becoming harsh. We can have convictions (by the Holy Spirit NOT people)without losing compassion for others. We can follow Jesus without turning every conversation into division. This world is loud. Everyone has an opinion. Everyone has a verdict. But I’m choosing to guard my heart posture. Because in the end, I don’t want to stand before God having won arguments. I want to stand before Him having loved well. 🤍
