HIYA! I recently got my hands on an unreleased, professionally recorded multicam VHS of LUNA SEA, back when they were still called LUNACY, during their indies era. This is crazy, because this footage has almost never been seen before, and I didn’t even know something like this existed! The live was recorded on 1990.11.16 at 難波ROCKETS, and I’m so glad to have found it. I’ve got top-tier equipment and the know-how to rip VHS in the best quality possible, and now I’m sharing it with you all. Enjoy this rare gem: a masterful live performance by one of Visual Kei’s greatest bands, right at the beginning of their careers. It's so brutal!! Much of this music was only ever released on cassette tapes and VHS in the 80s/90s, never seeing an official digital release. Since tapes degrade over time, it’s vital to properly digitize and carefully archive these rare pieces of musical history using the best equipment available, so they aren’t lost forever.
