Previously known as Baltit until 1976, Karimabad offers spectacular mountain scenary! Day 6 of my roadtrip continues with me exploring former capital town of the princely state of Hunza i.e. Karimabad (Baltit) which served as the capital of Hunza Valley for over 750 years, until the middle of the 20th century and this is reflected in two stunning forts Altit and Baltit. Today i visit beautifully restored World Heritage listed Baltit fort alongside couple of other highlights in Karimabad. Note: This vlog contains edited english subtitles for western audiences.
