Attributing her once strained finances to the "men in her life," Karrine says, "I've taken care of a lot of men. It's funny how I will date affluent men but marry broke ones. I like to be in control. I like to be the breadwinner. I like to be the one that makes all the rules." Perhaps her willingness to be the dominant partner has worked to her detriment. "I like control, when it comes to men, maybe that's the thing. There's so many aspects of affluent men that you can't control, but with a man who doesn't have anything you can control everything about him," says Karrine as she speaks from her personal experiences.
