👨🏾💼👼🏾How being professional, honest, and transparent helps you... Real life situation I'm currently dealing with! A Bar owner I just started working with has been working with a Social Media manager & web designer for a whole year. Upon me simply doing my job & simply asking questions I find that things on that end are not being done professionally or ethically! 🤷🏾♂️ The owner was being kept in the dark about many things! Why? Because the owner is 50+ and doesn't understand the internet or is it because he wants to hold the digital realestate hostage if things dont go his way or is it because he knows his work is low quality and a professional will come and question his work... Either way what he has built for 1 year is probably gone from me being transparent in a few days!🤷🏾♂️
