Vegetable Raita Recipe: Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp Curd - 1 ½ Cups Salt - ½ tsp Sugar - ½ tsp Tomato (finely chopped) - ½ Cup Onion (finely chopped) - ½ Cup Cucumber (finely chopped) - ½ Cup Mint Leaves (chopped) - 1 tbsp Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 1 no Cooking Instructions: 1. Toast the cumin seeds and crush them using a mortar and pestle. 2. In a bowl, add the curd, salt and sugar. Whisk until it turns smooth. 3. Add all the other ingredients into the whisked curd, including the crushed toasted cumin seeds. Mix until well combined. Cooking Tips: 1.
