(3 Nov 2018) LAST MINUTE PREPS FOR STAR-STUDDED MTV EMAS IN BILBAO, SPAIN Last minute preparations are underway in Bilbao, Spain Saturday (3 NOV. 2018) ahead of the annual MTV EMAs. The huge Bilbao Exhibition Center is a hub of activity as artists, dancers, makeup artists, technicians, record company reps and hoards of MTV staff are hard at work making sure everything was perfect for Sunday's show. The Associated Press took a sneak peak behind the scenes at Halsey's dressing room with hoards of freebies from the gifting suite laid out for her enjoyment backstage. Then was a behind the scenes glimpse at the green room where the artists can relax in their own cocktail bar, enjoy a yoga session or massage, and check out the racks of designer giveaways. Pop star Bebe Rexha, who hosted the 2016 event, has been rehearsing for her award show performance.   Other performers this year include Panic! At the Disco, Marshmello, David Guetta, Nicki Minaj and Janet Jackson, who also wins this year's Global Icon Award. Hosted by actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld, the EMAs kick off the weekend with a stadium concert Saturday night headlined by Muse, ahead of Sunday's award ceremony.
