this is a copy from their LIVE Backstage Pass LP, 1980. I did a quick search for this on here and NOBODY had uploaded it. So, here it is. Some say this was the best LRB album ever released. This is a Fan-made video for entertainment purposes. Copyright infringement is not intended. This video uses material in a manner that does not require approval of the copyright holder. It is a fair use under copyright law. STIM CS claims to be the copyright owner, YET youtube claims "The claimant is allowing their content to be used in your YouTube video. However, ads might appear on it", which tells me they're not the original copyright owner, but merely someone who "claims" to be for the sole intent to make money with it through advertising on MY video. Then it says "Monetized by claimant". THIS in itself is an infringement of fair use under copyright law. DMCA claims are ONLY supposed to be filed in COURT. I'll be blunt: we simply need to say that if something is available in ANY fashion for free, then it is not copyrighted. YouTube will be named as the co-defendant in any litigation pertaining thereto, due to the fact that: YouTube is a copyright infringer. It enables violation of copyright law. YouTube drives 'the getaway car' in the bank robbery. Then YouTube sells advertising space making money from 1. The copyright holder: The songwriters, band, etc. 2. The copyright holder: the maker of the video portion of a music video. 3. Links to amazon.com and iTunes that generate profit sharing revenue. The video uploader gets hosed -- (and is left with) nothing, Unless they agree to revenue sharing on YouTube's inflexible and irrational rules (a.k.a unreasonable -- they don't want to negotiate terms with you). They are taking the piece of the pie that belongs to the original holder. I just shared it to enlighten others that the song exists, but this is taken into consideration in court claims about copyright, while YouTube has no defense at all. They're just rude people who don't care how they make money. Talk about "Fall From Paradise"? Youtube has fallen so deep and far.
