Rosie is talking on the phone, but, as her little sister Liza is loudly lecturing their brother Max for inappropriate behavior, Rosie can hardly hear anything . So, Rosie offers a deal - If Liza can be quiet for one hour, she will give her sister delicious candies as a reward. Max wants to get in on the deal and tells Liza that he will get out of her hair for an hour if he can have half the candies. But, Liza doesn't want to split her reward, so Max makes things really hard for her... The Barkers is an educational animated series for preschool age kids(4-9 years old).
