This is a full-length follow along workout, which means you can do exactly what I’m doing on screen. • Each exercise: 30 seconds • Rest time: 10 seconds For absolute beginners: If 10 seconds rest feels too short, no problem. You can do: • 20 seconds work • 20 seconds rest The movements in this workout are very basic and beginner-friendly. No prior knowledge needed. Easy to do on the spot. No equipment required. For best results, do this workout 3–4 times a week for 2 rounds. Also, make sure you pay attention to your diet it matters. At the end of the day, consistency is what brings results.
