This unique but very popular Kambingan is very well known and no need an instruction but I am very fortunate to try most of their Kambing (Goat) dishes . I was blown away that this place had the same flavor of my favorite kambing goat caldereta that gave me flash back from my childhoods taste buds. I am truflly honored to meet kuya Cesar (owner\founder) of this place for more than 45 years and got to taste their 45 years old recipes. The place is very nice and people are amazing.
