This process is handy for making dials and gears as the shapes are rotated as they move around the circle so they always point in towards the center of the circle. This process uses the Rotate tool in Illustrator and you will learn how to determine the point around which the shape will rotate and a way to have Illustrator determine how many degrees to rotate the shape (if you are math challenged!).
