Shawnalei is originally from Kauai, Hawaii. She is a Partner at APT212, a technology-based marketplace & full-service real estate brokerage in Manhattan. Shawnalei oversees the firm's sales revenue while handling all facets of Agent and business development. Prior to moving to NYC in 2011, she’s a former Miss Kauai and Miss Leahi at the Miss Hawaii Scholarship Organization, the preliminary into the Miss America Organization, a Professional Undefeated 3X Award Winning Polynesian Dancer and a 28 year tennis enthusiast. Shortly after moving to the Big Apple without any city contacts, she started her real estate career in 2012, has sold over $115 Million and has built her business from the ground up. During her first year at APT212 with only 5 agents focused on sales and no sales experience, under her management and training they sold $43 Million in 2021. In 2022, she was awarded “Emerging Broker of the Year” by RED (Real Estate Development) honoring industry leaders and rising stars of NYC real estate. Shawnalei was a member of the #1 Team at Corcoran, managed prominent power brokers business at Douglas Elliman and handled all facets of the sales & marketing for condo development projects. She has worked on a $230 Million sellout project in Hell’s Kitchen and she was the Sales Director of a $47 Million sellout in East Harlem. With an educational background in finance, She is extremely driven by statistics, analytics and strategy.
