Disclaimer: I don't own anything in this video. It's fan-made. Basically, Ariel is from a group of mythical beings that have been hiding from the world since the start of time. (My cuzn and I were just winging it when we started the video XD) John Smith is an ordinary human who was adventuring and soon meets Ariel. It's fast-paced, we know. And it's mostly based on the lyrics of the song. AMV is mostly based on the lyrics of the song XD Plot (In order to understand what is going on in this video): John Smith is about to be killed by Chief Powahutan as Ariel watches from a distance with shock. That's the main event, but then the video goes back to when Ariel first meets John as he is on a ship that is celebrating. (What are they celebrating, we don't know.) Ariel sees him and is immediately captivated by him. Suddenly a storm appears (no really?!) and Ariel is thrown from the side of the ship. John sees this as he quickly jumps over board but as he tried to swim to her, a wave crashes down on him and sending him deep underwater. The scene flashes to the men on the ship quickly hauling John Smith up, not knowing that Ariel had helped them by pulling him back to the surface. A month later (like it says on the video) John is exploring an uncharted land as he then notices he is being watched. Ariel quickly hides but turns to see that he disappeared. She looks disappointed when he suddenly jumps out to shoot at whatever was spying on him, causing Ariel to hide behind the rock. He tries to converse with her, but she suddenly remembers that Powahutan had Grandmother Willow take away her voice until she was married. (That's a very messed up way of life... we know.) She tells him through simple gestures. They then come to each at night to converse with one another as John tries to flirt with her, first time worked and second time she motions for him to work on it. He then tells about how he started traveling in order to find the creature that killed his brother (Thomas) during a storm on a ship. Ariel tries to comfort him, both not knowing that Kocoum is watching them from afar. He is furious by the fact that a human is conversing with their kind as John tries to kiss her but she lowers her head for him to kiss the forehead. Kocoum then disappears into darkness in order to inform the chief. John chuckles at this as he then says he has to leave for the night, leaving a disappointed Ariel. The meetings were then found out because of Kocoum, forcing Powahutan to confine Ariel in her room at the castle. (OMFG, there's a castle?!) She is thinking about John when he sneaked into the castle below and climbs to her room. She motions why he put so much risk on getting caught, and he says that he liked to talk to her a lot and wished to hear her speak. But she still can't speak, causing John to be disappointed himself. Then a small idea hits him. When Ariel falls asleep, he blows out the candle (I don't how else you can call what he does to make the fire go out on that candle) as he then sneaks away to look for Grandmother Willow. He request that he returns Ariel's voice, but she tells him the reason why she can't do that. She decides to give him another choice. The scene fades to Ariel crying in the garden near the woods as John sneaks in again to meet her. However, Ariel is too late to warn him as the others come and capture him, leading him to Powahutan. He then has the man be excuted which leads to the beginning of the video as Powahutan is about to kill him. The scene flashes to reveal that John had received an angel wing from Grandmother Willow, signifying that he is part mythical. (This is the WTF moment right here. It's a funny story how we came to this ending XD) Powahutan decides to let him live as later he and Ariel's father, King Triton, are conversing about how John Smith could be the last of the Angel Beings (Yeah... we were bored at this part. XD) while John and Ariel was happily conversing at the daytime now. The scene then fades to Thomas about to leave the walls of some sort of dark sanctuary as Radcliffe (who also had John Smith lead the crew to the New World) sends him out to kill the latest mythical being, his own brother. Thomas then walks into the darkness with a heavy heart. The End... I think... should we make a sequel?
