Be sure to check out the Tulsa show, the footage is much more colorful! • VeggieTales- Live on Stage! (full show, 2002) Previous upload with faulty audio • VeggieTales- Live on Stage! (full show, 20... This was filmed on 5/3/02 in Greenville, SC. Shannon Pringle (one of the sheep) recorded it from the sound booth. She’s fantastic! I shared the film with Juli, and asked if she knew why they played Endangered Love so abruptly. She gave me permission to copy her message here. (She's so great y'all.) "I can’t believe someone caught this on film! This is absolutely amazing! That moment, my friend, is the very reason I was hired to be in this role. They needed a “human” to be live on stage in case something like this happened. I believe this was the show when Goliath did not inflate backstage. I could hear William Hall who was the performer in Goliath yelling for me backstage. I could hear him saying “Juli, Juli! OMG Juuuuuliiii HELP!” He was stuck in Goliath and was completely deflated. I had to stop the show! We had a silly song ready to go in case something like this happened. I am absolutely stunned and thrilled. Someone caught this on camera!" So there you have it! She also told me this was there lowest attendance. Words can't describe what a struggle it was to get this out- the transfer went wrong so many times. There were like 5 times before the tape was in my hands where it seemed the problem was solved or was about to be, and then it wasn’t. The tape was ultimately mailed to me, and it came all the way to my local post office before the postal workers accidentally sent it 2 hours away instead of just putting it in my P.O box. Then the post office 2 hours away sent it to Honolulu. I kid you not. (Don’t use USPS. UPS is much better). When I finally got it, I took it to a local shop where it was messed up twice (first time they transferred it with a giant timing track in the corner, second time it was sped up and silent). The final transfer only had audio playing in the left ear- thanks to Mr. Lunch for fixing that. After a lot of time and money spent at the transfer shop, persistence paid off. I need a nap.
