A Massachusetts Bill, HD.3822, seeks to establish a "Bone Marrow and Organ Donation Program" that would allow incarcerated individuals in the Massachusetts Department of Corrections (DOC) to reduce their sentence anywhere from 60 days to 1 year in exchange for offering to donate their bodily organs. I'm unsure how anyone thought that was appropriate, but here we are.
