EDGE TRACK a popular 30minute downhill ride in the middle of Craigieburn forest. GETTING THERE From Christchurch take highway 73 towards Arthurs Pass. After 90-ISH km, turn left into a gravel road at the sign "Broken River Ski Area". There is a campground and parking area a short distance along this side road. Entrance To sidle 73 should opposite the hut on the parking area. The Craigieburn Forest Park is home to a collection of epic, natural and scenic trail complexes not just for Mountain bikes but also hiking and other activities. Craigieburn trail systems goes through native New Zealand beech forests, alpine shale, and fresh loam.
