The ISIS terror module, inspired by the Islamic state, was found by Delhi authorities. Four members of this terror cell were on the run, and one of them was apprehended by Delhi police. HS Dhaliwal, Special CP of Delhi, briefed regarding the terror module bust. "We conducted raids at locations linked to these men and recovered various kinds of explosive-making materials. A lot of literature was also recovered, which was used for indoctrination. They tried making hideouts in the Western Ghats."
