The chorus describes how the singer decided to overcome the societal demons and he did it through the use of alcoholic beverages. In the bridge of the song, the singer asks AI (artificial intelligence) to pour him a few drinks but that AI was incapable so the singer had to do it himself. "I'm OK Now" extracts Dr. Don from the sinister-song mode he has been inflicted with in 2025. I'm OK Now is the quickest-pace song ever produced by Dr. Don and the feel of the song is upbeat. Dr. Don is a champion of taking care of one's own mental health, and one's inability to control societal pressures can certainly add to anxiety.
