This was the case of this dog who once was a stray.His owner claimed he found him on street years ago. So he decided to rescue him and give him a better life. He said it with pride as if he was the hero.This was supposedly the best life, he promised him. It would have been better for him to stayed on the street. He was chained and lived like this for years. He was denied even the slightest glimpse of freedom. The short chain denied him to move more than 1 miter. He wasn't allowed to roam. He wasn't allowed affection. He wasn't allowed anything. He had never known a kind touch, a gentle word, or the warmth of a loving home.When he was fed, it was always stale bread & leftover.
