4 Things you can do to stop your overplanning! 1. Start the day with the Most Valuable Priority. Ask What is the most important thing right now? 2. Determine what your minimum, medium, and maximum goals for the day are. Goals are just an area to focus your intentions. 3. You can only do the best you can with what you have. You get to determine what a successful day looks like. 4. Remember to plan rest breaks as well. Every minute of every day does not need to be filled in. Not taking time for ourselves and trying to do it all can be detrimental to our mental and physical health, aka burnout. It’s okay to plan, it’s okay to not have a plan.
