Ingredients: 100g bread flour 60g milk 20g melted butter A pinch of salt 1 large potato (cooked and mashed) 2 tbsp mayonnaise Mozzarella cheese, as needed Instructions: Mash the cooked potato until smooth. In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, melted butter, and salt. Add the mashed potato and mayonnaise to the dough and knead until soft and slightly sticky. Let the dough rest in a warm place for 30–40 minutes until it doubles in size. Divide the dough into portions, place some mozzarella cheese in each, and seal. Place the dough pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, optionally topping with more cheese.
