Kerala High Court Defers Actor Dileep's Bail Plea Till Wednesday

The Kerala High Court deferred the bail application of actor Dileep to February 2, citing the need to examine digital evidence in the investigation into the alleged conspiracy to endanger the lives of officers probing the 2017 actress assault case. The court also directed that the actor should not be arrested by the probe agencies during this period. The decision was taken upon the prosecution’s request to grant more time to examine digital evidence. Six accused, including Dileep, submitted their bail pleas which were considered by a single bench of Justice P Gopinath. While considering the case, he had allowed the Crime Branch to question Dileep and six other accused of three days and granted interim protection for Dileep from arrest. Watch To Know More!
