There was a burnt smell coming from the battery and the ebike couldn’t perform. It would shutoff under light throttle. Checked the voltage and tried charging it but the voltage would fall immediately and give battery failure results. I opened up the battery to check out the BMS and noticed burn marks on the BMS. I tested voltage at each one of the BMS leads and they all seemed fine, so I purchased another BMS but had to solder in the BMS leads into the new connector format.
