These versions unfortunately have some glitches in them -the main problem with MK is that the music on the dungeon stage cuts out when fighting Goro. The MK arcade games are all well-known for being notoriously difficult, with the CPU opponents blatantly reading your inputs and reacting to everything perfectly. With Sub-Zero you can beat the game with a little luck just by using his jump kicks a lot. If you hit your opponent with one, you can follow it up with a slide for a little extra damage. This simple combo is what it takes to get through the game. I think the endurance matches were a bit too much. Fighting 2 opponents 3 times? That's some excellent quarter stealing tactics from Midway right there. For Goro you need to be using the freeze blast a lot. If you can time it right, you can freeze Goro every time he gets up, and then follow it up with an uppercut and repeat. For Shang Tsung, you need to pray to the Outworld Gods that he's going to transform into Goro -because if he does you can use the same freeze blast/uppercut strategy on him! He can be a pain in the ass to beat otherwise.
