This one was hard to post. Healing isn’t quick. It sure isn’t linear. And it definitely isn’t always graceful. This morning I really felt that. I talked about being gentle with ourselves, letting go of control, and accepting where we actually are instead of where we think we “should” be. And yes… I cried. But I’m still posting it because this is what real healing looks like. It’s ugly crying. It’s tender. It’s showing up even when your voice shakes.
