English Translation: "Beautiful mountains, birds and oceans are all in our homeland, Africa. But, we don’t have joy - instead we have tears in our hearts and endless wars in our homeland, Africa. But, I have hope that one day we will see peace. Let’s stand as one and build Africa together. Why is there fighting and persecution while we are brothers? Love is the solution to war in Africa, so let’s pray for it now. Let’s pray for Africa. One day peace will return. Father, I’m starving, oh… where is the food going to come from, father? Father, the war is coming - where are we going to flee? Father, my friends were killed in the war, father, oh… father, it hurts so much. father, many women were abused in the war, father, oh… father, it hurts so much. father, blood is being shed for no reason. people are running away and don’t have a place to live… Let’s pray for Africa. One day peace will return." Words and Music by Jacob Shacko, copyright 2022 Produced by Revival School Records: https://revivalschoolrecords.org YouTube channel: @revivalschoolrecords7000
