This was sent to me free of charge for testing and review. I'm a professional videographer and have been in the business over 25 years. In this business, I always have all kinds of rechargeable batteries that I use for my equipment (NiCad, SLA, Li-ion etc). The charger seemed to work fine with EBL branded 9V Rechargeable batteries But I'm not sure if it's actually charging when I try to charge my Powerex 9V rechargeables onto it. Both LED indicators on the EBL 6F22 would not light up at the same time when I have 2 other, non EBL branded 9V batteries plugged in. This item was was described on Amazon as "Battery Charger For 9V Battery (Li-ion, Ni-MH, Ni-Cd)" and NOT as a specific charger to EBL 9V batteries only, leaving any browsing consumer to assume that it is a Universal 9V Battery Charger, which it is not.
