Breville Duo Temp FIX (no water and steam issue); deep cleaning demo

My Breville Duo Temp stopped pouring water from the main spout, and my steam wand pressure diminished significantly. I took it apart and the problem was that there was a lot of calcium build up (from using tap water; I should’ve been using distilled as per the instruction manual). I filled my tank (halfway) with white vinegar, and began turning it off and on (many times; like 30 times). Each time I turned it on initially, the water was very, very slowly dripping out. It eventually made a loud spurge sound and the blockage cleared, and the water pressure returned like it was brand new. I continued to run the entire tank of vinegar through the machine and did about 3 times near the end on the steam wand. WORKA LIKE ITS BRAND NEW NOW! Thank god as this machine costed me like $700 back when I bought it. Hope this helps, and happy Java brewing!
