In today’s high-stakes challenge, I gave myself 30 minutes to choreograph a 5-minute dance — yes, you read that right — 5 minutes of movement, storytelling, and energy… all before the clock runs out. ⏱️ The pressure was real, the time was moving fast, and every second counted. I didn’t get to finish the full piece before time ran out (because let’s be real — five minutes of choreography in thirty minutes is insane 😅), but I did manage to create and showcase what I started. This episode is raw, unfiltered, and filled with every emotion that comes with trying to make something beautiful under pressure — the frustration, the focus, the laughs, and the breakthroughs.
