Customer stated that the Acadia would not turn off sometimes and sometimes wouldn't start either. Had some ignition fault codes present when i plugged in the code scanner. This is a very simple procedure on how to replace the starter switch or ignition switch. In this video we used a 2012 acadia that had this problem. Procedure is the same for 2007-2012 and differs a little bit for model years 2013-2017 The chevy traverse also has a very similiar process and has the same switch.
