Welding on a Kubota Loader (Pins and Bushing repair)

This job went surprisingly smooth. I expected this one to really put a beat down on me, but with the help of Willy we whooped this loader repair. They continued to use this machine for 2 weeks after I came and gave my initial estimate. Unfortunately because the machine shop was so back logged. In those two weeks they managed to bend both of the lifting arms into a s shape and break the original pins down even more. On top of that the dog bone was twisted. But even with all of these obstacles we managed to heat and twist everything back into shape and add the newly machined pins and bushings in under 6 hours! That has to be a new record for me. Probably because of the good help I had this time around.
