Out of My Head (The Bonus Cuts)

The book "Out of My Head: The Imaginary Creatures of Josep Baqué" (Norton/Fantagraphics) features a complete facsimile of the artist's 454-page bestiary as created between 1932 and 1967. It also features a handful of loose-page illustrations, in the opening essays, and also at the back, in a section entitled "Loose Pages." There were six loose pages, however, which are in the collection of the Lille Métropole Musée d’Art Moderne (LaM), which became available to us only after the book was already printed. This video features "Out of My Head" author Brian Chidester reviewing these loose-page images in a commentary recorded during his first-ever glance at them.
