YOUTUBE CHANNEL:    / @spiceindia   Ingredients ------------------ Carrot- 1 cup(chopped ) sugar- 1/2 cup condensed milk- 1/2 cup vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp milk-2 1/2 cups china grass- 8 gm water-1/2 cup for soaking china grass caramelized cashew nut for garnishing 📌( Don't leave the china grass milk mixture to cool down without touching, It will start to set before pouring blended carrot..After melting china grass completely to the milk take it out from the flame and leave it for 5 minutes. After that Use a bowl and pour several times to cool down the mixture completely..
