The Bible shows us that rest is an eternal truth, a memorial of redemption, and a weekly reminder to trust in Jesus’ finished work. We’ll also look at how Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath and how resting is a countercultural way to live out the gospel in a world obsessed with productivity.
