Welcome To ShiaStyle Please don’t forget to subscribe & hit that bell notification 🫶🏽 Ingredients 2 cups of couscous 2 cups of boiling hot water & 2 chicken ( or vegetable )stock cubes 8 tomato’s 1 red bell pepper 1/2 red onion 6 garlic cloves 2 red chillies 2 sticks of rosemary Olive oil 1 tsp of sea salt 1 tsp of paprika 1/2 tsp of coarse black pepper Dried Rosemary Once cooked 1/2 tsp of Maggie liquid seasoning (optional) Squeeze of a lemon Fresh parsley Recipe Preheat oven to 180° fan for 10 minutes. Prep all your veg by cutting up red bell pepper, red onions,tomatoes and red chilli. Skin 4-6 garlic cloves Add a drizzle of olive oil to an oven proof glass dish & Add prepped veg. Now add 1 tsp of smoked paprika, 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of black pepper and mix in well. Put glass dish in oven and roast vegetables for 15 to 20 minutes Once vegetables are cooked remove from oven and add 2 cups of couscous to it. Mix couscous into roast vegetable till well combined. Now add 2 cups of boiling water to 2 chicken stock cubes and mix well. Now add to couscous , along will 1/2 tsp more of smoked paprika , mix well and cover for 10 Mins. Once 10 minutes is up remove cover and fluff up couscous. Optional Garnish with parsley or red chilies or squeeze lemon juice. Enjoy hot or cold #food #recipe #healthy #quick
