Low-risk updates, such as contact detail changes, are processed end-to-end without human intervention. Medium- and high-risk changes, including bank detail updates, are routed for approval before execution. Once approved, the agent securely updates vendor records through REST APIs, ensuring only authorized and approved fields are modified. Every decision and action is logged for auditability, compliance, and traceability, demonstrating safe autonomy at enterprise scale.
