One Way To Piss A Motorcycle Cop off

On Monday, January 27, 2025, at approximately 10:30 AM, Troop A dispatch said Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) was in a pursuit and asking for our assistance. I was monitoring the radio traffic as LRPD units gave updates saying the fleeing vehicle (Honda Odyssey displaying Arkansas license plate AUJ57Z) was driving recklessly through parking lots, making u-turns and brake checking the pursuing officers. Hearing the pursuit was traveling westbound on Baseline Road, I positioned myself at the intersection of Sibley Hole Road and Baseline Road. As the fleeing vehicle passed me, at approximately 10:35 AM, I merged behind it and took the primary position in the pursuit. Approximately 10 seconds after entering the pursuit I conducted a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) by utilizing the driver's side of my PIT bumper to make contact with the passenger side rear quarter of the fleeing vehicle. This caused the vehicle to rotate approximately 180 degrees clockwise, leave the right (north) side of the roadway and come to rest after the driver side made contact with the trees. LRPD Officers took the driver, Alfred Locke, into custody with no incident.
