#worldwideclogdance Join us for the sixth installment of the Online Worldwide Clogging Fun Dance featuring cued fun dances by the one and only Naomi Pyle of Indiana; Texas Clogging Council President Debora Duckett, Kristin Wendell of Texas; remarks by Arkansas Clogging Council President Kathey Wilson; cueing by Ann-Marie Sterling of Tennessee, and cueing by Darolyn Pchajek and son Andrew from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Cuesheets for all dances from week 6 can be downloaded at https://www.clogdancing.com and http://www.doubletoe.com The Worldwide Clogging Fun Dance Project was inspired by Eric and Michelle Bice and family, who cued a kitchen table fun dance to keep folks clogging during COVID-19 social distancing. Internationally recognized clogging instructor Jeff Driggs (DoubleToe Times, Fontana Clogging Jamboree, World of Clogging) thought the concept could be a great way to bring dancers together in a sense of community to focus on fun dancing all around the clogging world during this time. Joining forces with friends Trevor DeWitt (ClogDancing.com) and Hanna Healy (Western New York Cloggers Association, World of Clogging) they put together a group of association leaders and influencers to create a series of fun dances that air each Saturday evening in the USA and Canada and Sunday Morning for Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Archived versions give Europeans and those who can’t make the premiers on the scheduled times possible. Jeff, Trevor and Hanna would like to thank all of the clogging leaders, cuers and friends who have helped in this project. It has been such a labor of love for clogging and the response has been incredibly positive. The internet has brought us closer together and made our world smaller. Classes, step drills, practice sessions and choreographies are allowing teachers to show the power of technology to spread the dance we love. The Worldwide Clogging Fun Dance looks forward to a time when we will meet on dance floors again and is proud to be a part of this amazing community! #worldwideclogdance https://www.clogdancing.com https://www.doubletoe.com https://www.wnyca.com / doubletoe / clogdancing
