Steak Rub: I am so bummed. I looked high and low and could not find the exact steak rub I made. Just google steak rub with coffee grounds and pick one I guess. Or, order this steak rub from Amazon. We LOVE it and bough some for each of our dads for Father's Day already! https://amzn.to/2VY9C2Z Egg Cups: I can't really give you a recipe, but I'll tell you what I did. Crack and beat 18 eggs. Add a cup of cottage cheese. Mix in frozen spinach, sausage, mushrooms, or whatever you want. I also added paprika, celery salt, salt, pepper, and season salt. I added probably 1/4 c. of milk. Pour into greased muffing tins. I baked them in the oven at 350° until completely set and then stored them in a Tupperware container to eat at all week. They were good, but not the best thing I've ever eaten, so feel free to adapt as you want. This video is sponsored by Butcher Box.
