Ukrainian President wants frozen Russian assets to be used to fund the next stages of his country's war against Russia. In an exclusive interview with Bloomberg Television, Volodymyr Zelenskiy says fresh European funding using Russian funds, is critical for sustaining his country's war effort, ramping up pressure on Brussels to end long-running divisions over the plan.
