This week we explore Brisbane, the capital of Queensland! 🇦🇺 After arriving, we set up camp at the unique El Encanto campsite, just minutes from the city. Our day kicks off with a surprise truck show at South Bank, followed by a stroll through this lively area. We grab a pint at The Plough Inn, enjoy live music, walk the Rainforest Walk, and hop on the ferry to Riverside. At Felons Brewery, we feast on wood-fired pizza and try some delicious local brews right on the riverfront 🍕🍻. We then ferry over to the Star Viewing Platform—a stunning (and free!) spot with incredible views. As the sun sets, we stop by the Brisbane sign for a classic photo op 📸.
