Rotten derelict pub Swansea. Situated off the A465 at Aberdulais and right next to the River Dulais, the Dulais Rock was built in 1658 as a servants’ quarters for the old mill. The bar was split into three areas, each with its own distinct atmosphere with antique wood, leather furniture and real open fires. Yet it has been abandoned for nearly 15 years and residents fear it has been left to rot. A local businessman bought it in 2010 with plans to refurbish it but it has been plagued with break ins and vandalism even during a £350,000 part refurbishment vandals stole the slates from the roof.
