LINKS & RECIPES: ‪@MorganLong‬ Hooky: https://amzn.to/3ZKy8VB Renegades: https://amzn.to/4iq4jkH The Whispers: https://amzn.to/41qWQLV Cold Vengance: https://amzn.to/41mP5qz The Shadow Queen: https://amzn.to/3Bb6urF The Moomins and the Great Flood: https://amzn.to/41qYwW3 The Book Lover's Library: https://amzn.to/3Vyycp3 Children of My Heart: https://amzn.to/49rTavF ‪@Ophelia-Wilde‬ The Grinch: https://amzn.to/41Kq495 Winterhouse: https://amzn.to/3ZM4kIr A Place to Hang the Moon: https://amzn.to/4f8XPUq White Chocolate Crunch 1 box Golden Grahams (gluten) or Chex (gluten free) 3 cups white chocolate 1 cup sliced almonds 1/4 tsp almond extract mix together cereal and almonds melt the chocolate a double boiler, remove from heat and add the almond extract pour the chocolate over cereal mixture and toss and stir until well combined spread onto parchment paper to let the chocolate harden once hardened, break into bite sized pieces and store in an airtight container Reindeer Munch 1 box Chex 1 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 cups powered sugar pour the cereal into a bowl melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a microwave in 30 second increments until it's all melted pour the chocolate over the cereal and mix place the powered sugar in a large ziploc bag, add the cereal, close the bag and shake until it's well combined store in an airtight container Ginger Snaps 3/4 cup butter softened (but not melted) ½ cup white sugar ½ cup brown sugar ⅓ cup molasses 2 eggs 2 teaspoons ground ginger 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon ground cloves ½ teaspoon sea salt 1½ teaspoons baking soda 3 cups gluten free all purpose flour + more if too sticky 1/4 cup white sugar preheat oven to 350° F. in a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer, cream the butter, ½ cup of the cane sugar and the brown sugar add the molasses and eggs and continue mixing until it’s well combined add the ginger, cinnamon, cloves, sea salt and baking soda and mix well add the gluten free flour and mix until well combined roll the gingersnap cookie dough into 1 inch balls, then roll each ball in the remaining ½ cup of cane sugar lay the ball on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
