Athens Services - Monterey Park Garbage Truck Compilation

I was digging through some old archives this weekend and found some footage I got in Monterey Park over 5 years ago in 2016. The highlight of this video for me was definitely the 2nd gen. Autoreaches, and this may be some of the last footage of them. Most of them were retired not too long after I had filmed this, with all being gone by the end of 2018 if I'm not mistaken. They were definitely unique trucks to not only Athens but the region itself, reminiscent of the 90s and early 2000s when BFI, Allied Waste, and other haulers in the area used to run entire fleets of original and 2nd gen Autoreaches. These trucks also didn't sound half bad either. Featured in this video is 22 and 36 collecting greenwaste, and though not all that exciting by most standards, 543, a CNG 320 Amrep dumping some 60 FA Toters and a couple lines which I thought was pretty cool.
